Research facilities:

  • 31 laboratories for Earth and Life Sciences
  • 15 research teams in Historical, Philological and Religious Sciences

Teaching: Lectures and seminars in the Historical and Philological Sciences Section and in the Religious Sciences Section are open to both students and non-degree students.

Studies programs: 

  • Two institution-specific postgraduate degrees (in each of the three Sections):

o Diplôme de l’EPHE
o Diplôme post-doctoral de l’EPHE

  •  Two Master degrees:

o The Master in Biology, Health, Environment (research degree, 3 specialties)
o The Master in Historical, Philological and Religious Sciences:
- subject area: Religious Sciences and Society (research and vocational degrees),
- subject area: European, Mediterranean and Asian Studies (research degree, 7 specialties).

  •  The Doctorate, in three subjects areas prepared at the same Doctoral School:

o Integrated Systems, Biodiversity and Environment (SIEB)
o History, Documents and Texts (HTD)
o Religions and Thought Systems (RSP)

  •  The EPHE also confers the Habilitation à diriger des recherches (HDR).
  •  It offers joint university degrees (DIU) in collaboration with other institutions in:

o Flow Cytometry in Research and Clinical Practice
o Market Access
o Spatial Data Processing
